Pawn scale import/export

It would be nice if you could give the option to import and export scales from Pawn. Pawn already has an Export Standard, and it would just be a matter of parsing it's values into the Loot Rank URL, as well as being able to output the entered values to a Pawn scale that can be easily imported into the game for use in Live situations.
