Thanks for the template.
May I ask where you found the values? I read the EJ forum but, while I was able to find Excel Spreadsheets and AEP Values for T4-T6, I was unable to find a general posting about these values (like the Enhancement Shaman thread for example).
Make it kind of hard for me since I'm not in the T4 area but just started raiding as a rogue

Multiply your values with 20 and you get almost exactly the same template as the thread opener.
Meta gem value for RED would be interesting. I guess 750 or 37,5.

Why is Expertise rated so good?
There is no reason to stack this stat, because of the cap.

Indeed, expertise shouldn't be rated that good.
The cap ist at 6,5% which is not really hard to reach as a combat rogue even without socketing expertise.
