[Missing] Gem: Opaque Forest Emerald

The rare resilience + mp5 gem appears to be missing from the database. When rare gem quality is selected one is presented with the uncommon gem Perfect Opaque Dark Jade, while this should be the rare gem Opaque Forest Emerald. The epic gem Opaque Eye of Zul does show up when epic gem quality is selected.
