Since Divine Plea is a major function of the Holy Paladin, I would say that having haste and crit to go together is much more important than having haste / MP5S or Crit / MP5S on a piece of armor.
I made my own sheet using this and honestly this works in my opinion. If you're an extremely good and important paladin to your raid, this should be the way to go. That means using a mixture of Judgment of the Pure, Holy Shock to heal in order to activate Infusion of Light, etc, you'll be good.
Haste / Crit Gear
I also socket mostly everything with a mixture of Spell Power / Intellect (Luminous Monarch Topaz) so that both my spellpower and mana pool are high. The bigger the mana pool you have, the more mana you can generate from Divine Plea.
