Welcome to the forums, I hope LootRank proves to be a useful resource for you.
On the front page (
http://www.lootrank.com), if you put in stat weightings for your class and spec (I imagine you are a DPS DK from your Sig, you should look up a template or do some research on the stat weightings for DPS DKs) and then click the "View Loot Ranking" button, LootRank will display a list of gear that has the stats you want, with a score on the right that corresponds to what stats that piece of gear has, and how you valued each stat.
For a silly example, let's look at this template, where the only stat I've weighted is 1 STR = 1 point:

I've restricted the gear output to not include anything from any raid, only craftables, heroics, 5-man dungeons, and purchasable rewards from the Emblem of Heroism vendor. I've also loaded your character's gear from the WoW Armory, and I put in a score of 20 for a Meta Gem (it is probably more than 20).
You can see the gear output lists only gear that has STR (or a gem slot, where it puts in a STR gem), and the higher the STR on the gear, the better it ranks.
From this point, all you have to do is put in the appropriate weightings for your class and spec (for max PvE DPS, or whichever purpose -- the weightings will be different for PvP, PvE, tanking/DPS, your talents, playstyle etc), and un-restrict dungeons if you want to also see gear that comes from Naxx, or other raids.
