The lists are insane right now because you see 2 of every upgrade. This is because you are seeing both the horde and alliance version of the item. Please allow a option to filter on faction.

This would be a great thing. Alternatively, you could link the items together so they display on the same line and just provide a link to both versions.

This is a great idea. I have to view 20 items per slot just to see best in slots from pre 3.2 for some item types.
