Elemental Shaman

Borrowed with great respect from Binkenstein over on EJ. This is assuming a 2CL rotation, which I think most people can handle.

The current elemental shaman template is bad because it really REALLY undervalues hit with the change to shaman talents in 3.x.[/url]

Yours is much better than the existing template; which is flat out giving bad advice.

However you have some issues;

1) int provides crit and thats the only reason why we take it at all and your int to crit conversion is off.

2) a proxy value for a meta that ensures any hat with a meta is always better than a non-meta hat.

3) spell power is better than haste

4) mp5 ~= 0 (it's not zero but it is preaty close)

for myself i use

stm =0.1
int=0.3
crit=1
haste =1.5
hit =2.1
spellpower =2.5
meta slot =500
and mp5=0.01
